Smooth Hospitality does not publish invented percentages, fake testimonials, or named client wins without permission. When a room is ready to be on the site, it goes up with a real challenge, a real approach, and a real result.

## Kinds of work

**Multi-unit operations.** Location one worked because the operator was in it. The next rooms need a system. Standardize what should be standard. Leave identity intact.

**Turnaround.** Busy is not the same as healthy. Get in the building. Watch service. Read the numbers against what you just saw. Rebuild with the team that is already there.

**Openings and concept.** Capital and a concept, limited operating experience. Service model, labor, hiring, vendors, POS, training. Stay through the first weeks of service.

**Events and programming.** The space exists. Monday through Wednesday do not. Packages, pricing, a sales process, a floor plan a smaller team can run.
