# Services: Smooth Hospitality

Operator-led work for restaurants, bars, breweries, hotels, and venues. Each service has a problem, what Smooth does, and what the operator receives.

## Operations and performance

Labor, inventory, workflow, management structure, costs, and the systems behind a healthy room, even when it is busy. A restaurant can be packed and still not be healthy.

## Training and SOPs

Handbooks, opening and closing, steps of service, manager training, onboarding, guest recovery, accountability. Written for a Saturday, then trained.

## Openings

From idea to first service: operating plans, hiring, vendors, POS, training, opening week, and the weeks after. A strong concept is not an operating plan.

## Concept development

Positioning, guest experience, service model, revenue streams, programming, and whether the idea can actually run. Capital and an idea are not a restaurant.

## Events and programming

Private events, packages, pricing, corporate, programming, and a sales process so inquiries close. Unused nights should be a business.

## Growth

Multi-unit SOPs, management structure, opening playbooks, consistency, and systems that work when the owner is not in every room.
