## Who is the founder?

Michael "Mike" Qasguargis, a New York operator with about two decades in hospitality. Finback Brewery, Clinton Hall, Runaway Rooftop, IGC Hospitality.

## Where do they work?

New York City and the New York metro. The work is built for restaurants, bars, breweries and taprooms, hotels, event venues, and hospitality groups.

## Is this a corporate consulting firm?

No. It comes from restaurant floors. Smooth stays in the room until systems can actually be run on a Saturday.

Operations and performance, training and SOPs, openings, concept development, events and programming, and growth. Dedicated practices for breweries, hotels, management/turnaround, and other hospitality rooms.
