Smooth Hospitality is operator-led consulting for restaurants, bars, breweries, hotels, and venues in New York City.

We work on the systems, people, and service that make hospitality feel effortless to the guest, even when the work behind it isn't.

This is not consulting from the sidelines. The company understands hospitality from the floor up: staffing, service, training, labor, inventory, events, guest recovery, management, systems, and day-to-day operations.
